Over the past several years we have customized individual projects in exisiting homes that include; room additions and whole house remodels. Our construction of 2 story additions will completely change the quality and square footage dramatically, with the same professional workmanship used in our new homes.

Some renovations require the assistance of our architect; Glenn would come to your home to consult with you first. Over the past ten years Banas Construction has completed ten room additions, four sun-porches, and nine other different types of extensive remodels, five basement remodels, two of which included home theaters.
